These Tropical Turmeric Popsicles are a tasty mix of coconut, pineapple, and banana that has turmeric and ginger added to it for extra health benefits. They taste like a burst of tropical fruit and are a little spicy from the turmeric. They are great for a cool treat on a hot day.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
Place the mix into popsicle molds
Place a popsicle stick in each mold
Put it in the freezer for at least four hours, or until it's solid
To get popsicles out of their molds, run them under warm water for a short time
