- 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Put parchment paper on baking sheets
Put creamy peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a bowl and mix them together
Mix until it's smooth
To the peanut butter mix, add the egg and vanilla extract
Combine well
Mix the oats, baking soda, and salt together in a different bowl
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until they are well mixed
Add the peanut butter chips and semisweet chocolate chips and mix them in
Place tablespoon-sized amounts of dough on the baking sheets that have been prepared
A fork can be used to slightly flatten each cookie
After the oven is hot, bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden
After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheets before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way down
Spread some extra peanut butter on the flat side of half of the cookies once they are cool
Add the rest of the cookies on top to make sandwiches
