Bobby Flay's Turkey Burgers



Bobby Flay's Turkey Burgers are a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional beef burgers. These burgers are packed with flavor from the Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and fresh parsley. Perfect for your next barbecue!

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns, split and toasted
  • Lettuce, tomato, and red onion slices, for garnish

Instructions:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat

In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, Parmesan, bread crumbs, parsley, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper

Mix until well combined

Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties

Place the turkey patties on the preheated grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks

Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes until they are lightly browned

Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a toasted bun and garnishing with lettuce, tomato, and red onion slices

Serve hot and enjoy!

Delicious Hummus



This recipe for delicious hummus makes a great party starter. It is flavorful and creamy, and your guests will love it.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can 15 oz chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice about 1 large lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus extra for garnish
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • 2-3 tablespoons water, as needed
  • Paprika, fresh parsley, and olive oil for garnish

Instructions:

Place chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, cumin, and a pinch of salt in a food processor

Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed

Add water gradually to achieve desired consistency

Taste and adjust seasoning by adding more salt or lemon juice if needed

Transfer hummus to a serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with paprika and fresh parsley for garnish

Serve with pita bread, vegetable sticks, or crackers

Triple Cheddar-Stuffed Sliders



These Triple Cheddar-Stuffed Sliders are a tasty take on the original sliders. They are great for burger lovers because each one has three kinds of cheese inside it and a tasty burger sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 12 small slider buns
  • 1 lb ground beef 80% lean
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 12 small lettuce leaves
  • 12 small tomato slices

Instructions:

In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder

Mix well

Divide the seasoned ground beef into 12 equal portions and flatten them into thin patties

Mix the three types of shredded cheese together in a bowl

Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture onto 6 of the patties

Top each with one of the remaining 6 patties, sealing the edges to encase the cheese

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat

Cook the stuffed sliders for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness

While the sliders are cooking, split the slider buns in half and toast them on the grill or in a toaster until they are lightly browned

In a small bowl, combine diced red onion, diced pickles, ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard to create the burger sauce

Assemble the sliders by placing a lettuce leaf and a tomato slice on the bottom half of each toasted bun

Place a cooked cheese-stuffed patty on top, and then add a dollop of the burger sauce

Top each slider with the other half of the bun and serve hot

Pumpkin Doughnuts with Chocolate Sauce



The ideal fall treat are these rich chocolate-covered pumpkin doughnuts. If you're craving something sweet, the blend of creamy chocolate and pumpkin spice will hit the spot.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Powdered sugar for dusting optional

Instructions:

In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the buttermilk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients

Mix until just combined

Heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy-bottomed pot to 350F 175C

Drop spoonfuls of the doughnut batter into the hot oil using a scoop or two spoons

Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side

Remove the doughnuts from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined tray to drain excess oil

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and heavy cream

Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted and the sauce is smooth

Dip each doughnut into the chocolate sauce, allowing any excess to drip off

Place on a wire rack to set

Optional: Dust the pumpkin doughnuts with powdered sugar before serving
