Mini Heart-Shaped Supreme Pizzas

For a romantic dinner or a fun twist on pizza night, these mini supreme pizzas in the shape of hearts are great. Put your favorite toppings on them and enjoy the cheesy goodness.

Ingredients:

• 1 pizza dough
• 1/2 cup pizza sauce
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
• 1/4 cup sliced black olives
• 1/4 cup sliced green bell pepper
• 1/4 cup sliced red onion
• 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
• 1/4 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
• 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• Olive oil for brushing
• Flour for dusting

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 450F 232C

Divide the pizza dough into two equal portions

Roll out each portion into a heart shape on a floured surface

Transfer the heart-shaped dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone

Brush olive oil over the dough

Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce

Add pepperoni, olives, bell pepper, red onion, mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes as desired

Season with dried oregano, garlic powder, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving
