Ingredients:
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 can 5 oz tuna, drained
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce adjust to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Paprika, for garnish
Instructions:
Separate the hard-boiled eggs into halves along their length, and carefully take out the yolks
Separate the egg white halves and put the yolks in a bowl
Add the Sriracha sauce, chopped green onions, chopped fresh cilantro, and drained tuna to the bowl with the egg yolks
Add pepper and salt to taste
Mash and mix the ingredients together with a fork until they are well mixed and creamy
Spoon or pipe the tuna mixture into the egg white halves that have been hollowed out, making sure that each one gets an equal amount
Add paprika to the filled deviled eggs to make them look nicer
Put the deviled eggs in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before you serve them so that the flavors can mix
As a tasty snack or appetizer, serve the spicy tuna deviled eggs
