The sweet berries, creamy banana, and tangy Greek yogurt in this Berry Blast Smoothie go so well together. You can eat it to start the day or as a snack to cool down.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- A handful of ice cubes
Instructions:
In a blender, mix the berries, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, and ice cubes
Blend until smooth and creamy
If you need to, add more almond milk to change the consistency
If you want it sweeter, taste it and add more honey
Put it in a glass and serve right away
