Easy Ranch Cheeseball

You should put this Easy Ranch Cheeseball on your charcuterie board. It's rich, creamy, and full of flavor. When you mix bacon, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and more bacon together, you get a tasty appetizer that everyone will love.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 package 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1 packet ranch dressing mix
• 1/4 cup chopped green onions
• 1/4 cup chopped cooked bacon
• 1/4 cup chopped pecans or almonds optional
• Crackers, bread, or veggies for serving

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, and ranch dressing mix

Mix until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth

Add in the chopped green onions and half of the chopped bacon

Mix them into the cheese mixture

Shape the mixture into a ball and roll it in the remaining chopped bacon and chopped pecans or almonds if desired

Wrap the cheeseball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm

Serve the ranch cheeseball with crackers, bread, or veggies
