Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup grated onion
- 1/4 cup grated carrot
- 1/4 cup grated zucchini
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
Put ketchup, grated onion, grated carrot, grated zucchini, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl
Add the ground beef and mix it all together
Mix everything together well
Put the dough into a loaf pan and press it down so that it's even
After the oven is hot, bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the food is fully cooked
Wait five minutes before cutting it
